History to check Before the visit I would have to familiarize myself with: the height and the weight of the baby on birth is important in order to be able to track growth and check whether the baby’s development
is on schedule. In addition it is important to check the vaccinations already administered and whether the child has any pre-existing medical condition. We would seek to answer the following questions Is the baby’s growth and weight on schedule?
Has the baby gained weight within this duration? Probably triple the birth weight Can the baby stand on her own? Can she pronounce words like dada and mama?
