You are responsible for developing the Infrastructure of an organization that manufactures durable goods (items that don’t require replacement in the short term, such as a washer or dryer). Using Chapter 5 as an outline, describe the components of an MIS Infrastructure and a Sustainable Infrastructure. Be sure to describe the benefits of each component and how to support them. This is your MIS Infrastructure system project.
The system project must have a full description with goals and various tasks outlines along with a schedule of events. Each event must have milestones and assigned personnel from within your organization to manage each task. A budget for each task must also be provided as part of the project scope.
